SUBMIT EXTENDED ABSTRACT
All persons presenting a talk in any session at the congress are invited to submit an extended abstract of their paper by August 31, 2018, for inclusion in the conference proceedings, which will be distributed to the congress participants (in a memory stick) as part of the registration package.
Please complete the form below and upload your extended abstract in Word document (10 MB max file size). Extended abstracts must be written in English, following the formatting guidelines (see instructions for authors), and must not exceed 2,500 words (the word limit includes references, tables and figures). Note that because the file you send us will not be peer-reviewed, re-typed or otherwise modified, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information presented is corrected, without any spelling or grammatical errors, and that it follows the format specified in the guidelines.
Extended abstract received after August 31, 2018 will not be included in the proceedings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
General format: Word document; font type - Times New Roman, font size - 12 points; line spacing – single; indentation – none; justification - left

TITLE – bold, all capital letters, center text in the page, in case there is a subtitle – use a colon after the title in the next line

Author(s): Include author name, affiliation and country, email address; center text in the page; in case of multiple authors, add each co-author name, affiliation and country, email address, separated by one blank line

Abstract: max. 250 words

Keywords: Up to five, separated by comma

Section headings – bold, initial capital, left-justified

Section headings can be anything or conventional, e.g., “Introduction”, “Methods”, “Results”, “Discussion and Conclusion”.

All tables and figures should be numbered. Place table title above the table and figure title below the figure. Center Tables and Figures in the page.
